SEED AND SEED KITS
Once a farmer has prepared his land, he is ready to plant. One of the most important commodities a farmer needs is good seed, seed which has been bred within the region to withstand harsh conditions and disease and seed which does not require other expensive inputs such as fertiliser.

Within the V&M group they have a fully-fledged seed company, "Advance Seed and Grain". This company has specialised in the production, processing and packaging of open-pollinated seed varieties for over 20 years.

Advance Seed is a fully equipped factory with the most modern seed processing and packaging equipment. They also have an on site laboratory for continuous seed germination and purity testing. They only specialise in drought and disease resistant seed varieties that have been developed during many years of research, for planting in a very harsh climate. One of the main lines of business is to package seed in agricultural starter packs, i.e a number of different seed types packed in one composite kit.

All seed is supplied with relevant international certificates of purity and germination.
